Position: Commis 1 – Hot Kitchen

We are looking for a strong, energetic, and fast-learning Commis 1 with experience in hot cooking and bulk production. The ideal candidate must be confident working in a high-volume catering environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in catering or bulk production kitchen (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of hot cooking
• Experience in diet food / meal plan production is an advantage
• Fast, energetic, and able to work under pressure
• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
