DCM Lawyer

Overview

An International Law Firm based in Dubai is looking to recruit a Debt Capital Markets Lawyer with 4-6 year PQE. The position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of very high quality and challenging matters, focusing on various types of DCM transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deal with transactions in structuring and issue resolution and work with colleagues in the large group.
• Be prepared to work on a variety of other matters where necessary.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with experience executing DCM transactions gained in private practice.
• Excellent academic record.
