DCS Field Service Engineer II - Mississippi-Alabama

As a DCS Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and solutions for our Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our service delivery and operational efficiency.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you can work out of Mississippi or Alabama.

In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations by ensuring that our DCS systems are functioning effectively, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Provide technical support for DCS installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct sessions for customers and field service engineers on DCS operations and best practices.

• 6+ of experience with DCS systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of DCS systems and related technologies.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in control systems software and hardware, including programming and configuration.

• Experience in a leadership role or mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to DCS operations.
