DCS Senior Application Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, implement, and maintain Emerson DeltaV systems for process automation projects.
Perform system integration, programming, and customization based on project requirements
Conduct system testing, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and site support activities
Troubleshoot and resolve control system and instrumentation issues to ensure smooth plant operation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process, electrical, mechanical) to ensure seamless system integration
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configurations, and manuals
Provide technical support and training to plant operations/maintenance staff

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power, Communication, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Control or related field.
3–6 years of professional experience in process automation or control systems engineering
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV
Strong knowledge of process control logic, HMI configuration, control strategies, and system integration
Experience in commissioning and start-up of automation projects
Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Fluent in English language.
Flexibility to travel abroad.

Preferable Skills:
Knowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus, OPC, etc.)
Previous experience in oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, or pharmaceuticals industries
Certification or formal training in Emerson DeltaV systems
