DCS Supervisor

Major Responsibilities:

1)responsible for the lier building daily operation

2)all documentation and punches clearance during the fat and sat

3)control narrative verification for each units

4)esd panel cause and effect testing

5)fgs cause and effect testing verification

6)t rip and alarm verification

7)l ogic force bypassing for pcc & start up activities

8)plant trouble shooting including operation and start up/ Commissioning

9)mrt functional test skid and equipments dcs monitoring

Qualification and Expereince:

diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in mcehanical/Control / Instrumentation / Electrical /chemical Engineering

Diploma-10–15 years in oil & gas projects;

Bachelor’s Degree -8-15 years in oil & gas projects

Yokogawa / Honeywell / Emerson / Siemens,Compressor station experience

Skills:

Leadership under start-up pressure, vendor coordination

DCS/ESD/F&G logic checks, graphics, alarms, troubleshooting
