Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in the beautiful resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. As an integral part of our sales leadership, you will support the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve team targets and organizational goals

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and monitor sales forecasts and budgets

Mentor, coach, and motivate sales team members to enhance their performance and achieve individual quotas

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement

Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients and partners in the hospitality and tourism sector

Conduct regular sales meetings and provide performance feedback to team members

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients

Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer information in the CRM system

Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

3-5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry

1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership abilities

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent data analysis and reporting skills

Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities

Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken

In-depth knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry, particularly in the Sharm El-Sheikh region

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Sales certification is preferred but not required

Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
