Job Summary

GeekyBugs is seeking a motivated and results-driven Deal Closer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in closing software development projects, building strong client relationships, and converting qualified leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into software development projects.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams during the sales process.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• BSCS or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or project closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience selling web, mobile, SaaS, AI, or custom software solutions.
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
