Dealer/Distributor job involves connecting manufacturers to customers by managing product logistics, sales, and relationships, focusing on inventory, supply chain, sales strategies, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and market growth, requiring skills in communication, problem-solving, and sales. Responsibilities include order processing, inventory, sales calls, marketing support, technical support, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Account Management: Develop sales plans, conduct sales calls, build client relationships, negotiate deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Logistics & Inventory: Manage product movement, warehousing, timely delivery, and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Customer Service: Address customer issues, provide product information, handle complaints, and offer technical support.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with product launches, promotions, trade shows, and in-store visibility (POS materials).
  • Supply Chain: Coordinate with manufacturers, analyze market trends, and adjust distribution strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain customer data, track sales, and provide performance reports.
