What You’ll Do
Drive sell-out performance in the assigned territory by building and strengthening customer relationships.
Grow share of accounts with local book fleets, including government accounts.
Partner with servicing dealers to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
Develop strategies and supporting tactics aligned with Goodyear’s Commercial PBU to expand business with existing accounts.
Negotiate pricing and programs to close profitable sales and deliver strong return on investment for both parties.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience, or 10+ years of sales experience in lieu of a degree.
Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships and driving growth through innovative sales strategies.
Business-to-business (B2B) sales background preferred.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills to effectively engage customers and present product information.
Ability to work independently, set personal sales goals, and take ownership of achieving goals.
Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build lasting relationships that offer tailored solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented market with the ability to adapt strategies as needed.
Basic proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software, spreadsheets, and other sales technology.

$91,869.00 - $170,615.00However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. You will also be eligible for a number of benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, as well as tire discounts.
