FAME Wheels is looking for an experienced Dealer Manager to manage dealer relationships, oversee vehicle buying and selling operations, and drive business growth through strong marketing and market intelligence. The role requires deep knowledge of car pricing, auctions, CRM systems, and dealer network management.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer & Market Operations

  • Manage and grow relationships with dealers and channel partners
  • Handle vehicle buying and selling operations with dealers
  • Monitor and analyze current market prices of cars regularly
  • Ensure competitive pricing based on market trends and demand

Auction Management

  • Participate in and manage online/offline vehicle auctions
  • Evaluate vehicles and make informed bidding decisions
  • Coordinate post-auction processes including documentation and handover

Sales & Marketing

  • Develop and execute dealer-focused marketing strategies
  • Drive inventory movement and improve sales performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer network

CRM & Reporting

  • Effectively use CRM tools to manage dealer data, leads, and transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and dealer interactions
  • Generate regular reports on performance, pricing, and market insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong marketing and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in car buying and selling
  • In-depth knowledge of current car market prices and trends
  • Hands-on experience working with vehicle auctions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data handling
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automobile dealerships, marketplaces, or used-car platforms
  • Knowledge of digital auction platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
