Job Title: MT5 Dealer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MT5 Dealer with mandatory experience in a Forex brokerage or financial trading firm. The role involves monitoring trading activities, managing risk exposure, executing client trades, and ensuring smooth operation of the MT5 trading platform. The candidate must have a strong understanding of Forex trading operations, liquidity management, and dealing desk activities.

Mandatory Requirement

• Proven experience working with a Forex brokerage / Forex trading firm is mandatory
• Candidates without Forex industry experience will not be considered

Key Responsibilities

Trading Operations

• Monitor trading activities on the MT5 platform in real-time.
• Execute and manage client trades according to company dealing policies.
• Ensure accurate pricing and smooth order execution for clients.
• Monitor market movements and adjust trading conditions when required.

Risk Management

• Monitor the company’s exposure and manage risk related to client trading activity.
• Hedge client positions with liquidity providers when necessary.
• Identify abnormal trading patterns, arbitrage, or potential system abuse.
• Maintain balance between company risk and profitability.

Liquidity & Pricing Management

• Manage liquidity feeds and monitor price stability from liquidity providers.
• Ensure competitive spreads and proper execution quality.
• Monitor slippage, latency, and execution issues on the trading platform.

Platform Monitoring

• Monitor the MT5 trading server performance and report technical issues.
• Coordinate with the IT and technical teams to resolve trading platform issues.
• Ensure trading sessions run smoothly without interruptions.

Client Trade Management

• Handle trade adjustments, order corrections, and trade investigations when required.
• Monitor large client positions and high-risk accounts.
• Provide trade-related support to the customer support and sales teams.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily trading reports including exposure, profit/loss, and risk levels.
• Ensure all trading activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of dealing activities.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of MT5 Manager and Admin tools
• Understanding of Forex trading, CFDs, and financial markets
• Knowledge of liquidity management and hedging strategies
• Familiarity with A-Book / B-Book dealing models
• Ability to monitor trading risk and market exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Forex Dealer / MT5 Dealer
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment
• Good understanding of global financial markets

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Experience working with MT4/MT5 trading platforms
• Knowledge of liquidity bridges and aggregator systems
• Experience in regulated Forex brokerage environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
