What are we looking for in this position?

Ford Otosan Dealer Operations Leadership is looking for candidates for the “Dealer Operations Analysis Team Member” position detailed below:


Job Description:

•Calculation and Consolidation of Dealer Sales Incentives: Calculates monthly, quarterly and yearly sales incentives and prepares of consolidated sales incentives as a single point of contact. Key role in chasing budget and realized company financial figures.

•Supporting the Design Process of Sales Incentives: Responsible in designing new year' s sales incentive program. By making simulations for next years’ sales incentive metrics, leads defining efficient incentive strategies. Key role in assessment of sales incentive strategy efficiency.

•Reporting the Analysis of Vehicle Registration Records: Analyze TUİK vehicle registration data monthly and interprets the results supporting market representation plan. Report Ford and competitors' sales volume based on segment and city. Prepares leadership maps and interprets the results of last years.

•Setting Strategies for Ideal Market Representation Plan (MRP): Conducting market representation plan studies in terms of both sales and service processes as a single point of contact. Preparing dealer network optimization plan which is output of MRP studies. Designing MRP results and making simulation of different scenarios for dealer network optimization plan which is presented in Board of Directors.

•Assessment of Dealership Application: The referenced city/district is evaluated in terms of sales and service parameters which is input for dealer authorization decision-making. Performs feasibility studies in terms of sales and service parameters for dealer authorization/termination decision-making.

•Dealer Performance Assessment: Designing dealer sales and service performance assessment studies to be presented to senior management for critical business decision-making.

•Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze published data and statistics. Provides analytical supports to different internal business stakeholders for effective business decision-making.

•Preparation of Dealer Authorization Documents: Annually prepares dealer authorization documents based on vehicle group. After scanning the sales, after-sales and spareparts authorization documents, shares with the dealers via e-mail.

•Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to generate solutions and ideas.


Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Faculty of Management or Industrial, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics and Social Sciences.

•Advanced competency in verbal and written English.

•Minimum 3 year professional experience.

•Completion of military service is a must for the male candidates.

•Fluent communication, result oriented, initiative-taking approach, problem solving.

•Strong ability to quickly take in a large amount of information, connect the details to the bigger picture, analyze and draw conclusions.

•Reporting and presentation skills.

•Ability to cope with fast-paced and pressured work.

•Customer and result oriented, initiative-taking, flexible.
