Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and a strong understanding of automotive systems. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components, ensuring all work meets safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Skills

• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter, to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
