Key responsibilities of a Law School Dean include:

• Strategic Leadership & Planning: Setting the vision for the law school, driving policy, and ensuring alignment with the university's overall goals.
• Fundraising and Development: A significant focus on engaging alumni and donors to raise funds for the school's operation and improvement.
• Financial & Administrative Management: Overseeing the budget, financial planning, and daily operational functions .
• Faculty & Academic Oversight: Managing faculty recruitment, development, and performance; overseeing curriculum development, teaching quality, and academic standards.
• Student Affairs & Recruitment: Ensuring student success, overseeing admission processes, and managing student academic progress.
• Compliance & Reputation: Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and acting as the public face to enhance the school's reputation in legal education.
• Community Engagement: Building relationships with the legal profession, local, and wider community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹225,000.00 per month
