Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via calls and emails to follow up on outstanding payments
• Negotiate repayment plans professionally
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on commitments
• Meet collection targets while ensuring compliance

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English
• Fresher with a strong willingness to learn
• Ability to adapt quickly and work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory
