DEBT COLLECTOR (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, or in person to collect overdue payments
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up on payment commitments and resolve billing issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in debt collection or a similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of financial and collection processes
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping

Preferred:

• Experience in banking, finance, or credit control
• Multilingual skills are an advantage
