Debt Collector

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven International Debt Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments from international customers while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact customers via calls and emails to recover overdue payments

* Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers

* Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment commitments

* Follow up regularly to ensure payments are made on time

* Analyze customer situations and recommend appropriate recovery strategies

* Ensure compliance with company policies and international debt collection laws

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or related fields)

* Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in debt collection, customer service, or call centers will be an advantage.

* Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus i.e.Arabic)

* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

* Ability to handle pressure and meet collection targets

* Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
