The Opportunity:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Deck Designer to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating compelling presentation decks that align with ISMG’s brand standards and effectively communicate strategic messages for internal and client-facing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging and professional decks for client pitches, events, marketing campaigns, and internal presentations.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to understand content requirements and translate them into impactful visual narratives.
• Ensure consistency with ISMG’s brand guidelines, colour palettes, and typography.
• Adapt and localize designs for different event formats (summits, roundtables, workshops, virtual conferences).
• Enhance storytelling using visuals, infographics, and layout techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve presentation quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or presentation design, preferably in media, events, or marketing.
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
