Summary:
The Dedicated Business Relationship Manager 2 will be responsible for maintaining and deepening business relationships with existing customers. The DBRM will generally work with business entities with annual revenues between $2MM to $50MM and will be responsible for an assigned portfolio of customers. Additionally, this DBRM will work closely with natural fit partners such as Treasury Management, Insurance, Merchant Services, Wealth and others to provide comprehensive solutions to the business owners.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Focuses on customer retention and growth by providing consultative advice and solutions to enhance and expand the customer's banking relationship in areas such as, but not limited to, deposits, loans, treasury management, merchant services, capital markets, consumer and wealth management, equipment finance and insurance.

Achieves production goals through business generation of loans, deposits, treasury management and other products detailed in the Dedicated Business Relationship Manager performance summary/expectations.

Assists with credit servicing actions as need within defined market responsibility, including special assets.

Ensures activities and behaviors align with approved policies and procedures of the bank and with applicable regulations.

Participates in community and business functions as warranted and ensure a positive image for the bank.

Performs other duties as assigned and provide management with input regarding current policies and practices.

Works closely with customers to understand the business practices and interpret the operational risk to the bank. Reviews customer accounts and is responsible for approving operational risks associated with the relationship; including NSF/OD's and other items.

Maintains and applies a thorough understanding of the Bank's credit policy, customer eligibility and all necessary business practices to ensure the submission of accurate and complete loan packages.

Works closely with underwriting teams to analyze and structure new credit requests, renewals and annual reviews.

Obtains financial statements, tax returns and other credit information.

Assists with loan applicant interviews to interpret information regarding their business needs, earnings and repayment abilities.

Ensures an understanding of customer's objectives, strategies, and business operating cycles.

Generates new business to the Bank through referrals from the assigned portfolio by understanding the needs of the customer and delivering solutions by engaging the appropriate bank partners.

Stays aware of developing industry/ market trends and shares market intelligence so opportunities with the DBRM team and Market Bankers can be capitalized upon

May have the ability to open consumer accounts

May have the ability to do consumer direct lending, including certain home lending products if colleague is nmls licensed

Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Minimum of 4 years of Business Banking client management
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin., finance, accounting - Preferred

NMLS License

Ability to effectively communicate with customers and bank management.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
