Compensation & Perks
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Annual Earnings: $95,000–$105,000 (based on route and workload)
- Guaranteed Minimum Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally on a dedicated regional route.
- Deliver freight to Family Dollar store locations according to scheduled appointments and route plans.
- Assist with trailer unloading as required at delivery sites, following safe material-handling practices.
- Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation in compliance with DOT and company policies.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch/operations regarding delays, road conditions, or service issues.
- Ensure cargo is secured and handled properly to prevent damage and maintain delivery quality.
- Represent the company professionally at customer locations and support positive customer relationships.
Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Age 21 or older.
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- Minimum of 3 months verifiable driving experience (Class A).
- Ability and willingness to perform trailer unloading as part of the route requirements.
- Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to follow a dedicated schedule and routing requirements.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Prior dedicated, regional, or retail store delivery experience.
- Experience operating automatic transmission tractors.
- Strong customer-service mindset and comfort working independently in a solo role.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Solo, regional driving with frequent stops at retail store locations.
- Trailer unloading is required; this role involves physical activity including lifting, moving freight, and working around loading/unloading areas.
