Dedicated Full-Time Infant Nanny for a Warm, Collaborative Family

This warm, active family on the Windward side of Oʻahu is seeking their first in-home caregiver. They’re ready to welcome a dedicated nanny and build a strong, long-term partnership.

ABOUT THE FAMILY

The parents are very involved and intentional. They value health, fitness, honesty, communication, and structure. This family is looking for someone who feels like a trusted support person in their home. Someone warm, capable, organized, and collaborative, who can follow the parents’ lead while still bringing confidence and initiative to the role.

POSITION DETAILS

• Location: Kaneohe Oʻahu
• Children: 2.5 months old
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Start Date: As soon as possible for the right fit
• Duration: 1 year preferred, with potential to continue longer
• Pet: 2 dogs, 2 cats

RESPONSIBILITIES

Infant Care

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for the baby throughout the day
• Follow the parents’ preferred care style and routines
• Handle feeding, soothing, diapering, naps, and age-appropriate interaction
• Support tummy time, developmental play, and milestone-based stimulation
• Help maintain a calm, safe, and engaging daily rhythm

Development & Learning Support

• Use toys, books, and play spaces intentionally to support baby’s development
• Engage in stimulation activities that promote milestones
• Bonus if able to bring a teaching mindset or experience with infant scheduling / developmental progressions

Baby-Related Household Support

• Wash and sanitize bottles
• Baby laundry
• Tidy baby’s room / nursery areas
• Light vacuuming related to baby spaces
• Help with baby food prep once solids begin

• Honest and transparent

• Spanish-speaking
• Experience with developmental milestones or infant scheduling

• Some flexibility for occasional weekend help

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Hourly Rate: $25/hr
• W-2 Employment with tax withholding
• Paid Time Off

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of professional childcare experience
• Pediatric CPR & First Aid certification
• Strong professional references
