Location: Midland Bay City Saginaw Freeland Auburn Sanford

Compensation: $40,000–$55,000 per year

Do you have professional cleaning experience and enjoy leading a team to deliver exceptional results?

Bay Shores Cleaning Company is looking for a Deep Clean Team Lead to oversee first-time cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, deep cleaning projects, and special cleaning assignments throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region.

This is not an entry-level cleaning position.

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional cleaning experience who can confidently lead a team of 2–3 technicians, evaluate a home, create a game plan, delegate tasks, and keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams on deep cleaning projects
• Manage move-in and move-out cleanings
• Oversee first-time cleanings
• Evaluate homes and develop efficient cleaning plans
• Determine task priorities and time expectations
• Coach and direct team members throughout the day
• Deliver detailed, high-quality results using professional tools and techniques
• Maintain company quality standards and client satisfaction
• Train and mentor newer team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
• Experience leading, training, or supervising team members
• Ability to lead a team of 2–3 technicians
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to assess a home and create an efficient cleaning strategy
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to balance quality and efficiency
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Desire to grow into larger leadership opportunities
