Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Travel and Tourism Sales..
- Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Proven experience in generating new business and growing ongoing business and revenue.
- Focused on revenue generation and growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of travel and tourism, including destinations, accommodation options, and travel regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and travel service providers.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with travel management software, booking tools, and other relevant technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve sales and individual & group bookings.
- Determine clients’ needs and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Organize travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation, and transportation.
- Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials.
- Conduct cold calls and generate new leads.
- Diagnose clients’ specifications and wishes, suggesting suitable travel packages or services.
- Organize travels through booking tickets, accommodation, and securing transportation.
- Supply travelers with relevant travel/holiday materials (guides, maps, event programs, etc.).
- Collect deposits and balances.
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Achieve revenue and profit targets.
