Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Travel and Tourism Sales..
  • Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proven experience in generating new business and growing ongoing business and revenue.
  • Focused on revenue generation and growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of travel and tourism, including destinations, accommodation options, and travel regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and travel service providers.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with travel management software, booking tools, and other relevant technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve sales and individual & group bookings.
  • Determine clients’ needs and suggest suitable travel packages.
  • Organize travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials.
  • Conduct cold calls and generate new leads.
  • Diagnose clients’ specifications and wishes, suggesting suitable travel packages or services.
  • Organize travels through booking tickets, accommodation, and securing transportation.
  • Supply travelers with relevant travel/holiday materials (guides, maps, event programs, etc.).
  • Collect deposits and balances.
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets.
