Role Objectives:

To support the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding of frontline Delivery Associates (couriers) with a strong focus on last-mile, high-volume, blue-collar hiring. This role is execution-driven, ensuring Breadfast consistently builds a reliable DA workforce to meet daily operational demand.



Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Mass Hiring Execution:
  • Conduct large-scale sourcing and recruitment campaigns to attract frontline Delivery Associates.
  • Execute sourcing activities across job boards, referrals, field campaigns, and open days.
  • Screen candidates for suitability, cultural alignment, and operational readiness.
  • Maintain a fast-moving pipeline to ensure continuous DA availability across regions.


  • Onboarding Operations:
  • Deliver standardized onboarding sessions for new Delivery Associates.
  • Ensure all new hires complete documentation, training, and equipment issuance.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth handover of new DAs into active shifts.
  • Track show-up rates, attendance, and early performance during the onboarding period.


  • Field & Workforce Support:


  • Support the Senior Specialist and Lead in executing district-level hiring plans.
  • Provide real-time reporting on hiring progress, attendance at drives, and bottlenecks.
  • Assist with organizing and running large-scale recruitment days and field drives.
  • Process Adherence & Improvement:


  • Follow established recruitment and onboarding SOPs to ensure consistency.
  • Highlight issues or bottlenecks in field hiring and propose practical solutions.
  • Support the rollout of new recruitment tools or process changes.



Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment (preferably last-mile delivery, logistics, or stores).
  • Hands-on experience conducting mass hiring campaigns, job fairs, and field sourcing.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple hiring drives.
  • Effective communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (ATS) and onboarding processes.
  • High resilience and adaptability to fast-paced operational environments.
