Delivery Coordinator
to manage and coordinate daily delivery operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, timely deliveries, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with drivers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth and accurate delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize daily delivery schedules and assignments.

Monitor delivery operations and ensure on-time delivery of orders.

Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and resolve delivery issues.

Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Handle customer inquiries related to delivery status and issues.

Update delivery data and track orders using internal systems.

Prepare reports on delivery performance and operational challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Previous experience in delivery coordination, logistics, or operations is preferred.

Strong computer skills and familiarity with tracking or ERP systems.
