Delivery Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily delivery and transportation operations across the UAE. The role involves supervising drivers, planning delivery routes, tracking shipments, and ensuring that all deliveries are completed efficiently and on time. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the operations team to maintain smooth nationwide delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily delivery operations across the UAE
Plan and optimize delivery routes for drivers to ensure timely deliveries
Assign delivery tasks and schedules to drivers and delivery teams
Track shipments and monitor delivery progress in real time
Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and delivery updates
Resolve delivery issues such as delays, customer complaints, or route changes
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, drivers, and transportation activities
Coordinate with warehouse teams for order dispatch and shipment preparation
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
Prepare daily and weekly logistics and delivery reports

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or transportation coordination
Experience managing drivers and delivery fleets
Strong knowledge of UAE roads and delivery routes
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced delivery environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
