Responsibilities

• Lead all civil, structural, and architectural works of various facilities including Data Center, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), Hydrogen Gas Turbine generators, GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) Substation, Sea Water Cooling System, Offsite Cabling, Grid Substation Extension Modification, and Hydrogen Plant.
• Lead the pre-construction phase, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) selection and onboarding process.
• Own the comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for CSA packages and works.
• Working with the Project Company team to ensure that all invoicing and payment up to date.
• Support, and report on, the change management process on selected projects, and put in place effective protocols to support successful delivery;
• Have detailed knowledge and experience of project management processes, including a clear understanding Design development, as defined under LOD100 to 500
• CSA scope, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to fast-track schedules.
• Monitor progress and performance of EPC contractors/ CSA contractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and compliance
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Preferably in Construction/ Civil/ Engineering
• 20+ Years of Extensive experience in project management, particularly in large Data center and infrastructure projects having extensive civil and structural works.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to safety, quality, and environmental compliance especially related to KSA.
