Responsibilities

You will be responsible for end-to-end project management of various facilities including Data Center, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), Hydrogen Gas Turbine generators, GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) Substation, Sea Water Cooling System, Offsite Cabling, Grid Substation Extension Modification, and Hydrogen handling.

• Lead project financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring alignment with end to end project phases & requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, and JV partners.
• Provide transparent reporting on project progress, risks, and milestones.
• Lead the pre-construction, construction and post construction phases, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) selection and onboarding process.
• Own the comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee EPC deliverables, ensuring construction, commissioning, and integration of all facilities.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure the project remains within budget.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with project execution
• Oversee the handover process, ensuring all facilities are operational and meet project specifications.
• Conduct final inspections and ensure all documentation is completed for project closeout.
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 20 + Years of Extensive experience in project management, particularly in large-scale Data Center projects.
• Strong understanding of project finance, SPV structures, and capital project governance.
• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects in KSA.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
