Responsibilities

• Lead the SPV’s overall project strategy, execution, and governance.
• Ensure alignment with shareholder objectives, JV agreements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Supervise all director-level functions including EPC delivery, stakeholder engagement, DC network and compute infrastructure deployment, and governmental relations.
• Oversee project budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Ensure financial risks are identified and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure real time tracking and control of SPV overall budget and revenue target
• Complete internal and external stakeholder management
• Maintain high-level engagement with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure timely approvals and compliance with local laws and development regulations.
• Ensure highest standard of HSE at project site and external works
• Ensure real time tracking and reporting on ESG
• Provide regular updates to the Board, investors, and JV partners on project progress, risks, and milestones.
• Represent the SPV in external forums and strategic engagements.
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
• 20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, with at least 10+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of project finance, SPV structures, and capital project governance.
• Experience in KSA or GCC region preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong people management and talent retention skills
