Delivery Dispatcher

Are you willing to show up? Are you willing and able to learn? Do you have computer experience? Are you familiar with Excel?

```Duties```
- Answer phones - both from customers and drivers
- Maintain Inventory
- Communicate with drivers and provide them with necessary instructions and updates
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
-Collaborate with other departments to achieve the best seamless experience for the customers
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including vehicle assignments, delivery times, and fuel consumption
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards

```Qualifications```
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
- Computer experience preferred Experience with Excel a plus

Hours can be flexible within reason.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
