Job Description (Posting).
Title : Fuels Dispatcher - Customer Service
Location : Terminal dispatching points
Purpose :
- Ensure the flawless execution of all fuel orders to customers as per company polices
- Ensure well controlled and safe operations
- Practice and promote safety, controls integrity, customer care, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Administrate the physical loading of products and delivery activities performed by hauliers and COT Trucks
- Handle real time operational problems with clear communication to all the involved parties
- Performs the required check before loading shipment to avoid truck overweight cases.
- Handled exceptional cases of returned deliveries and LOVs as per process.
- Timely report cases that require error corrections and ensure appropriate documentation,

Review and execute delivery plan for delivered customer and planning list for pickup customers. Ensuring timely delivery and accurate stocks.
- Handle and timely report of operational products shortages, truck availability, terminal problems.
- Handle services from/to
- Generate and administrative truck load confirmation, delivery confirmation, and delivery documents.
- Ensure plan feedback is sent accurately and timely without exceptions.
- Answer inbound calls timely and professional manner ( 6PM to 9AM D+1)
Skills and competencies required:
- 1 to 3 years of work experience.
- Experience in Terminal operations is advantage.
- PC literate
