Delivery Driver

• Safely operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver laundry orders to and from customers and the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate order handling and verify items at the time of collection and delivery.
• Maintain timely delivery schedules and provide excellent customer service.
• Promote laundry services, special offers, and new products to customers during interactions.
• Upsell premium services (e.g., express delivery, special garment care, subscriptions).
• Cross-sell related services (e.g., shoe cleaning, bag restoration, or home service packages).
• Handle cash and card payments (if applicable) and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
• Keep delivery vehicle clean, maintained, and roadworthy at all times.
• Assist with warehouse coordination and order management when required.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driver’s license (Light Vehicle).
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell services confidently.
• Basic knowledge of using mobile apps for navigation and order management.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer service-oriented.
• Familiarity with laundry or service industry will be an added advantage.
