Delivery Driver

• Safely operate forklift
• Load and unload cargo
• Properly track and document activity log
• Inspect truck before and after trip
• Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient which involves packing lists, purchase orders or collection of payments
• Responsible for keeping corporate vehicles clean after use
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Manages daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products
• Deliver small and large metal parts and components to customers in boxes or on skids

• Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields a plus
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Commercial driver's license preferred but not required
• Be able to drive different types of trucks from a flatbed pickup to a box truck
• Must be able to understand and read written instructions and or directions in work related documents
• Knowledge of simple operations in window based computer environment; preferred in JobBoss but not required
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
