Delivery Driver

Job Summary

Ripe is looking for a reliable and experienced 3-Ton Truck Driver who also has hands-on merchandising experience, preferably in FMCG or fresh produce.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering products to retail stores and ensuring proper merchandising standards at store level.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Duties:

• Drive a 3-ton truck safely and efficiently to assigned locations.
• Load and unload goods carefully (fresh produce handling preferred).
• Follow daily delivery schedules and routes.
• Ensure all delivery documents are signed and returned.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow UAE traffic and safety regulations strictly.

Merchandising Duties:

• Arrange and display products according to company standards.
• Ensure correct pricing, labeling, and shelf placement.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock or damages.
• Maintain product freshness and rotation (FIFO).
• Coordinate with store staff for better product visibility.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 2 years experience driving a 3-ton truck in UAE
✔ Valid UAE driving license (Manual preferred)
✔ Experience in FMCG / Fresh Fruits & Vegetables merchandising
✔ Knowledge of retail store operations
✔ Physically fit (lifting crates/boxes required)
✔ Basic English communication skills
✔ Responsible, punctual, and disciplined

Preferred:

• Experience handling fresh produce
• Experience working with supermarkets / Carrefour / retail chains

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
