Delivery Driver

Overview
We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive to deliver windows/doors on a 24' flatbed or racked glass truck depending on payload weight/quantity.

We WILL perform random drug tests.

Clean driving record mandatory.

No CDL(commercial drivers license) necessary. Experience in driving 24' (or longer) flatbed preferred but can train if necessary.

Responsibilities

• High responsibility/high autonomy
• Safe Delivery of window/door products to customer locations in a timely manner.
• Safely Load and unload vehicle
• Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle.
• Collect customer signatures on packing slips, and any required paperwork accurately.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, warehouse, and project managers throughout the day.
• Safely use GPS or route management apps to optimize delivery times and routes.
• Keep delivery vehicle(s) clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies (straps, ropes, etc.).
• Perform vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed (when not driving).
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving long/flat bed or larger work vehicles preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline oriented.
• High work autonomy.
• Good English communication with clients and dealers.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
