Delivery Driver – Foodstuff Products (UAE)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver food items to various addresses following assigned routes and schedules.
• Plan and follow routes efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle safely.
• Ensure proper handling of food products to maintain quality and hygiene.
• Collect feedback on services provided and resolve client complaints professionally.
• Collect return items and submit them back to the warehouse or designated location.
• Coordinate with route salesmen, merchandisers, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure all assigned deliveries are completed daily and weekly as scheduled.
• Collect payments from clients if required and provide receipts.
• Complete delivery logs, reports, and other required documentation accurately.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience working as a delivery driver, preferably in food or perishable products.
• The position requires a valid UAE professional driving license (manual), along with experience driving 3-ton pickup vehicles.
• Skills in loading, unloading, and handling goods safely.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and safe driving practices.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Physically fit to lift and move packages (20–50 kg) and work in various weather conditions.
