Delivery Driver

Duties

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals and departures from each stop
• Assist customers with their orders, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service during each delivery
• Conduct heavy lifting and merchandise handling, ensuring items are loaded, secured, and unloaded with care
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of route driving, navigation tools, and traffic regulations
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members clearly and professionally
• Basic math skills for handling pricing information, receipts, and inventory counts
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during merchandise handling
• Prior experience in sales or upselling is a plus; military experience is also valued for discipline and organizational skills
• Demonstrated customer service orientation with a positive attitude under pressure
