Now Hiring: Shift Supervisor / Delivery Driver

This role combines leadership responsibilities inside the restaurant with delivery support as needed. You will help oversee daily shift operations while ensuring timely and professional delivery service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Shift Leadership:

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve concerns promptly
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
• Communicate effectively with management regarding store performance and guest feedback

Delivery Responsibilities:

• Deliver orders safely and efficiently to guests
• Verify order accuracy before leaving the restaurant
• Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle
• Represent Round Table Pizza professionally while on deliveries

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Current auto insurance and reliable vehicle
• Prior restaurant or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $20.50 - $22.00 / hour
