Delivery Drivers with Own Visa

We are looking for reliable delivery drivers who hold their own valid UAE visa to handle last-mile deliveries efficiently. The role involves picking up from packages from our warehouse and delivering them to customers while maintaining high service standards and timely performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders to customers within assigned zones
• Ensure timely delivery while following optimized routes
• Use delivery apps/scanners for tracking and proof of delivery
• Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions when required
• Maintain communication with dispatch team and customers
• Follow UAE traffic laws and safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the vehicle
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance KPIs

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license (Manual)
• Own visa (freelance / spouse / family visa) – mandatory
• Prior experience in delivery/logistics is required
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations especially Dubai
• Familiarity with navigation apps like Google Maps or Waze
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Physically fit and able to handle multiple deliveries per shift

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with e-commerce or delivery companies like Amazon, Noon, or Carrefour.
• High-volume delivery experience (100+ orders per day)
• Strong customer service skills

Compensation Structure (Typical in UAE)

• Per delivery payment after certain number of delivery fulfilment
• Weekly or monthly payouts
• Incentives for high performance or peak hours
• Fine and damages covered by driver

Key Skills

• Basic communication (English; Arabic is a plus)
• Customer service orientation
• Excellent knowledge in roads in Dubai.
• Prior delivery experience in UAE is a must.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
