Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Delivery / Warehouse Worker, where your energy and dedication will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly! In this position, you will be responsible for delivering products to our valued customers while also supporting warehouse activities. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and efficiently manage deliveries will make a significant impact on our success.

What you’ll do

• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles using manual labor and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Drive box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver goods to various locations, ensuring timely arrival.
• Navigate delivery routes effectively while maintaining safety standards and adhering to traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize inventory, ensuring that all items are properly stored and accessible.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation of delivery vehicles.
• Assist in heavy lifting and moving of products within the warehouse as needed, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of routes taken and any issues encountered.

Basic qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery driver role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients.
• Ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks, with relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven track record in route driving and managing delivery schedules effectively.
