  Position Overview
  We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Delivery Head to lead our Data Engineering, Cloud, and Application Development practices. The role demands a seasoned professional who can manage project delivery across multiple technology domains, build high-performing teams, and ensure client satisfaction through quality and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across Data Engineering, Big Data, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML, MERN Stack, DevOps, Java, and .NET. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and delivery governance.
  Drive technical excellence, agile practices, and delivery automation across teams.
  Collaborate with sales, presales, and architecture teams for project estimations and proposals.
  Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery success and satisfaction.
  Establish delivery frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures for all business verticals.
  Build, mentor, and retain technical leaders across the data and engineering teams.
  Manage P&L for delivery units and ensure profitable project execution.
  Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
  
  Required Skills & Experience
  15+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in a Delivery / Program Management leadership role.
  Strong hands-on understanding of:
  Data Engineering: Python, PySpark, SQL, AWS Glue, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, ETL pipelines.
  Big Data Platforms: Hadoop, Kafka, Spark. Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP – architecture and cost optimization.
  AI & Machine Learning: model development, MLOps fundamentals.
  Application Development: MERN Stack, Java, .NET Core, Microservices, REST APIs.
  DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitOps.
  Experience managing large delivery teams and multi-project portfolios.
  Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  Proven track record of scaling delivery operations and improving quality metrics.
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  Certifications in PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / AWS / Azure / GCP preferred.
  Experience in working with global clients (US/Europe).
