Role Overview – Delivery Head

We are looking for a dynamic Delivery Head who can drive end-to-end software delivery excellence across multiple strategic projects. The ideal leader will ensure smooth project execution, high client satisfaction, and continuous value delivery — while inspiring teams to achieve excellence every day.

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our Pune office .

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage delivery of multiple software development projects across diverse domains.
  

• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes .
  

• Build and mentor high-performing teams with a focus on quality, ownership, and innovation .
  

• Establish delivery governance, track KPIs, and manage risks and escalations effectively.
  

• Collaborate with leadership to shape delivery strategy, growth roadmap, and operational excellence .

• Proven experience in software product development and delivery leadership .
  

• Strong people management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  

• Expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and delivery governance .
  

• Excellent communication, client engagement, and decision-making skills.
  

• A track record of customer satisfaction and delivery success .
