TIMING : 11am - 7pm

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Delivery In-Charge who will manage end-to-end furniture dispatch operations while also supporting outdoor marketing activities. The role includes product quality checks, coordination with the workshop and showroom, safe loading, timely deliveries, and brand promotion outside the store.

This position requires discipline, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Quality Check & Order Verification

• Perform final quality inspection of furniture items before dispatch.
• Ensure correct items, sizes, finishes, and accessories as per customer order/invoice.
• Report any defects, finishing issues, or damages to management before loading.
• Ensure furniture is properly polished, packed, and protected.

2. Loading & Dispatch Management

• Supervise safe loading and unloading of furniture to avoid damage.
• Ensure proper use of packing materials (foam, plastic, corner guards).
• Plan delivery routes to save time and fuel.
• Maintain delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch.

3. Delivery & Customer Handling

• Coordinate with drivers and delivery helpers.
• Ensure professional behavior during customer deliveries.
• Take customer acknowledgment after successful delivery.
• Handle minor on-site adjustments or report post-delivery issues.

4. Outdoor Marketing Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential outdoor locations (sites, plazas, offices, housing societies).
• Distribute brochures, visiting cards, and promotional material.
• Coordinate installation of banners, standees, and posters when required.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, interior designers, and real estate offices.
• Collect leads and share them with sales team/showroom.

5. Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain daily delivery logs and outdoor activity reports.
• Track damaged or returned items and report to management.
• Assist in stock movement updates between workshop, store, and warehouse.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Matric / Intermediate (Graduation preferred).
• 2–4 years experience in furniture delivery, logistics, or field marketing.
• Knowledge of furniture handling, packing, and loading processes.
• Basic understanding of customer dealing and brand representation.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift/manage heavy items.
• Strong coordination and supervision skills.
• Familiarity with local routes and markets.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, basic mobile apps, and simple reporting.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in a furniture showroom or manufacturing unit.
• Own Bike or driving license (if applicable).
• Punctual, honest, and well-organized.
• Presentable and confident communicator.
