Roles & Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services delivery, with strong focus on payments.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Program Manager managing large, complex initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ACH, wire payments, and real time payments.
- Experience delivering in Agile / SAFe environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Act as the primary delivery contact for business, product, operations, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
- Provide regular delivery status, risk updates, and executive level reporting.
- Manage multi team dependencies in large programs.
- Lead PI planning, sprint execution, and release planning activities.
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure clear scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
