Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration,CPA / CMA / CA – preferred
Must Have Skills:
Invoice Management, Payament, Vendor Help Desk
in SAP environment,client relationship management skills & Overall project delivery and day to day operations management, including Employee engagement, escalation management, productivity improvements
Candidate must have experience in Procure to Pay operations, especially in Accounts Payable Function
Should have managed procurement operations for both PO and Non PO Invoices (preferably from Semiconductor industry background).
Good-to-Have Skills:
Gen AI and RPA
- Should have demonstrated in depth knowledge in the processes of Vendor Management, Validation of Purchase Requisition, Management of Purchase Orders, Validation of Contracts, Invoice Management, Payment Exeuciton, P-Card administration and Vendor Help Desk
- Must have proven track record in digital transformation and deep understanding in industry benchmarks
- Experience in SAP is a must
- Preferably a commerce graduate with strong working knowledge in MS office products such as Excel, Powerpoint
- 12+ Years’ experience in Procure to Pay Operations with outsourcing / shared services industry, out of which 8 -10 years’ experience in a team management capacity
- Supervisory experience: span of 100 plus Associates
- Shift: Flexible to work in any shift
Job Responsibilities
Accountable for meeting / exceeding contractual Service Level Agreements as per SOW terms and conditions.
To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the end to end Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
Identification of opportunities for process improvements with the mindset of Digital transformation
To demonstrate P2P specific best practices in service delivery
To develop and exhibit strong client relationship management skills
Overall project delivery and day to day operations management, including Employee engagement, escalation management, productivity improvements
