Job Summary:
Hilton's Global Technology team is at the forefront of creating the hospitality experience of the future for guests, owners, and team members worldwide. This critical role serves as a technology delivery leader embedded within the Enterprise Architecture Platforms team, responsible for planning, driving, and implementing strategic projects and initiatives that support Hilton's continued global growth. Working closely with business architects, cross-functional teams, and delivery leads, this position provides essential cross-domain coverage to ensure successful and on-time delivery of enterprise initiatives. The role demands a deep understanding of various delivery methodologies including waterfall, hybrid, agile fundamentals, Scrum frameworks, and Kanban change management approaches. This position offers the opportunity to own both strategic and tactical execution of multiple enterprise initiatives while crafting and maintaining delivery roadmaps in partnership with technology leadership, driving planning sessions, and representing the Customer Platforms team in critical delivery discussions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain delivery roadmaps and delivery schedules in partnership with technology leads, architects, business partners, and development teams
- Establish program cadence to support various delivery teams with capability delivery
- Identify dependencies, risks, and issues across platforms, programs, and projects, then develop mitigation and resolution strategies
- Manage risk and issue identification, mitigation, and communication while building plans that visualize delivery for PMO, leadership, and executive audiences
- Establish positive relationships with organizational peers and influence them through knowledge of technology capabilities and delivery capacity
- Coordinate and support various delivery teams through execution and delivery of initiatives including maintenance, projects, and programs
- Drive planning sessions across teams and represent the Customer Platforms team in delivery planning sessions
- Build comprehensive understanding of Hilton brands, current projects, and upcoming initiatives

Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience in a technology or product environment
- 6+ years of product or service delivery experience
- 6+ years of agile delivery management or agile project management experience
- 4+ years of experience working with delivery teams using waterfall, agile, Kanban change management approach, Scrum, and hybrid approaches
- 4+ years of experience working with vendors
- 6+ years of collaborative team experience
- 7+ years of experience communicating with PMO, leadership, and executive audiences
- 7+ years of experience building relationships and leading delivery team efforts
