Delivery Lead IT - Integration Platform

Deliver integration designs and develop robust solutions using the Dell Boomi platform. Ensure seamless data flow between enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and external trading partners via EDI

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of integration solutions using Boomi AtomSphere.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations across enterprise applications.
• Handle EDI X12 standards, REST/SOAP APIs, and microservices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and refine integration requirements.
• Ensure stable integration operations through monitoring, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
• Handle enhancements, incident resolution, and continuous improvement in a hybrid delivery model.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and release management processes

• 8–10 years of experience in integration delivery, with 3–5 years of hands-on Dell Boomi expertise.
• Experience integrating SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and EDI trading partners.
• Proficiency in Boomi AtomSphere, API Management, and process monitoring.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, FTP/SFTP, and security protocols.
• Solid problem-solving skills with experience in both project delivery and production support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• Dell Boomi Professional Developer Certification (Boomi Professional/Architect level preferred).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models
