Job Description:
Were looking for a Digital Marketing Delivery Lead who owns execution end-to-end, brings order to fast-moving work, and holds teams to a very high delivery standard.
This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, quality, and outcomes — not task coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and lead delivery across SEO, paid media, social media, content, web, and automation.
- Act as the central delivery owner between clients, internal teams, and leadership.
- Translate client goals into clear plans, timelines, milestones, and tasks
- Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep momentum high
- Ensure every deliverable meets Digilatics quality and performance standards
- Manage scope changes and shifting priorities without impacting delivery commitments
- Maintain clean documentation, trackers, and reporting for full visibility
- Lead or participate in client calls, status meetings, and delivery discussions
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Agile / Sprint-Based Execution
- Plan and manage sprint-based marketing execution
- Lead weekly sprint planning and backlog prioritization
- Run short daily or async check-ins to remove blockers
- Conduct retrospectives to improve speed and quality
Decision Authority
- Makes day-to-day delivery decisions within scope and timelines
- Escalates only for scope, budget, or strategic issues
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and agency workflows
- Excellent project planning, coordination, and execution skills
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Monday, or similar platforms
- Confident communicator who can manage expectations and alignment
- Comfortable managing multiple projects without losing quality
- Organized, detail-focused, and process-driven
- Experience with international clients is a strong plus
- Experience applying Agile or Scrum principles in marketing delivery
- Strong sprint planning and backlog prioritization skills
Other Details:
Experience: 7 Years in Project Manager/Scrum Master in a digital Markwting agency
Working Time: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Monday - Friday)
