Prior experience of working in an ops leader role of a business to business collections / order to cash process.

Excellent analytical (excel) and presentation skills. Would have presented meaningful dashboards, collaterals to internal and external stakeholders in past role.

Prior experience of managing serveral client owners and deliver operatonal delight. Managing the client Relationship end to end.
