Delivery Manager

We are partnering with a leading real estate development business in KSA that is delivering large-scale, high-impact projects across the Kingdom.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Delivery Manager to take full control of on-site project execution.

This is a true end-to-end delivery role , where you will own timelines, budgets, quality, and compliance — ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from construction through to testing, approvals, and final handover. Reporting into senior project leadership, you will act as the driving force on-site, aligning contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver against ambitious development targets.

You will:

• Take ownership of full project lifecycle delivery , managing execution, progress tracking, and handover across complex developments.
• Lead contractor and consultant coordination , ensuring alignment on timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.
• Drive budget control and cost management , balancing financial discipline with delivery efficiency.
• Champion HSE compliance and risk management , ensuring projects meet stringent Saudi regulatory standards with zero disruption.

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must meet the following:

• 10–15 years of experience in construction / real estate project delivery , with proven end-to-end project ownership.
• Civil Engineering background with strong experience on the developer side (not solely contractor) .
• Demonstrated track record managing contractors, consultants, budgets, and schedules across complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations, HSE standards, and compliance frameworks .
• A hands-on, site-led leadership style , with the ability to drive execution and resolve challenges in real-time.
